Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
