Remote from headquarters - applicant must be located in the Texas as weekly travel is required (paid for by company). Bachelor's Degree Required. Insurance sales/experience preferred.
Role Overview: As a Texas Sales Manager at Neptune Flood, you will be a key player in driving business development and fostering strong relationships with our valued agent partners. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our customer base, drive policy and premium growth, and retain and strengthen existing partnerships. This role requires an enthusiastic self-starter who can effectively represent Neptune Flood, build rapport, and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, and other key stakeholders to drive growth and retention of flood insurance policies.
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and initiatives that align with the company's objectives.
· Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for partners and potential customers.
· Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position Neptune’s products and services.
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities for management review.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related.
· Proven track record in sales, business development, or relationship management roles.
· Strong understanding of the insurance industry.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our products and services to diverse audiences.
· Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and adaptability.
· Comfortable with frequent travel within the designated territory (approximately 90% of the time).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
