As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial in supporting the Origination team by managing sales and revenue operations processes. You will be a key partner to the Origination leaders to drive the success of the sales team from lead to revenue. This role will be responsible for managing projects in collaboration with sales leadership. These will include establishing and tracking key metrics to analyze sales performance and success, making recommendations on how to improve sales performance, and working cross-functionally with internal BMS Re teams. The Sales Operations Manager will also manage the day-to-day needs of the sales organization. This role requires attention to detail, project management skills, independent thinking and a passion for optimizing processes to drive sales excellence. This is a client facing role. As part of this team, the work you do will be the foundation for growth over the coming years!
You will:
- Work directly with Origination leaders on operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency. Liaise with Marketing, Reinsurance broking and specialty teams.
- Support Origination team in pursuing and realizing new business opportunities. Participate in RFPs.
- Prepare sales leaders for prospect meetings and calls; Provide materials, ad-hoc and repeatable business analytics to arm sales team with critical data and insights; Own and manage prospect list
- Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and client relationships
- Provide ongoing support and training for sales tools
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- 5-7 years of proven track record of helping sales team hit and exceed goals, typically done in a Sales Operations or sales strategy role
- Project management experience
- Highly proficient in CRM tools, reporting and technology
- Natural collaborator: adept at bringing the team together especially teams who travel frequently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Ability to drive discipline within a team

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 and is a nationwide marker range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary advanced to the desired candidate will be based on a number of factors, including geographic location and the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the desired candidate.
