Description
We're looking for aTest Administrator, working in the Admin/Clerical industry in Alpine, Texas, United States.
- Receive training and administer State tests (STAAR) myto students who attend state funded virtual school.
- Travel to test site.
- Take attendance for your classroom and report absences to site coordinator.
- Read instructions to students/answer questions.
- Actively monitor students while they are taking the test.
- Complete seating charts.
- Accurately code test information on answer documents.
- Ensure test security according to guidelines provided during training.
- Monitor testing room.
- Act as a hall monitor.

Experience Required for Your Success- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational, childcare, or related setting is highly desirable
- Experience administering assessments or tests that involve child assessment or evaluation is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with preschool-aged children, parents, teachers, and other professionals
- Flexible to work where needed on testing dates
- Punctuality/Dependability/Ethics; an individual must be able to commit to being at the test site on the dates indicated during the times needed
- Attention to detail
- Computer access/knowledge to respond to emails and attend online training sessions
- Ability to travel to/from local testing site
- Ability to pass 7-year criminal background check
