Testing Center Administrator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Room Preparation: The Testing Center Administrator plays a crucial role in setting up the testing environment.
• Identification Verification: Verify the identification of examinees before they begin testing and assist them in finding their designated seats.
• Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor students during test sessions to ensure a secure and fair testing environment.
• Test Material Management: Assist in the distribution and collection of test materials, maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
• Demographic Support: Provide support to examinees in completing demographic information before commencing the test.
• Irregularity Reporting: Report any suspected irregularities promptly to the testing coordinator.
• Admission Control: Manage the admission of individuals into and out of the testing room.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records by filling out necessary paperwork for various exams.
• Technical Proficiency: Possess basic computer troubleshooting skills to address technical issues that may arise.
• Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the Testing Center.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties, the employee may frequently stand and reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and engage in verbal communication.
• Occasionally walk and sit as required.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $13.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Shift availability:
