Marketing Proposal Coordinator

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in technical writing to effectively communicate complex technical information
• Strong creative writing skills to craft compelling and persuasive proposals
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign or similar design software
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Strong industry knowledge, particularly in the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) field
• Marketing abilities, including graphic design for creating visually engaging proposals
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing for A/E/C firms

JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

As a Marketing Proposal Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in supporting our teams in the development and submission of winning proposals and presentations for alternative delivery project pursuits. Working closely with project teams and department leads, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, organizing delivery schedules, and formulating winning strategies that align with Tapani’s core values and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive research and gather essential information for proposal content
• Familiarize yourself with Tapani’s Brand and Culture to incorporate them effectively into proposal content
• Manage the quality, schedule, and planning of proposals and presentations
• Stay current with industry best practices for proposal format and content
• Write, edit, and compile key content and graphics for proposals and presentations
• Delegate sections of proposals to other team members as necessary
• Understand the specific requirements of each pursuit and ensure they are met
• Build on past history and continuously develop winning strategies and ideas
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external personnel to gather necessary input and insights
