Location: Piscataway, NJ (Hybrid -2 days Remote)
Overview
Responsible for the technical support of all membership marketing efforts across all channels, from graphic design to building and reporting. Proactively build a library of content and offers from across the organization. Working in a team environment, bring creativity and new ideas as well as be able to implement a shared vision in marketing execution.
Detailed Job Responsibilities
Campaign Design and Execution (40%)
- Assist in the creation of e-Marketing campaigns and newsletters in Marketo targeting current and prospective members, to drive member engagement and promote Client membership.
- Create and manage email templates, ensuring consistency in copy elements for each audience.
- Build and maintain highly effective campaign landing pages and backend workflows to support online/offline campaigns, lead generation and lead nurture programs.
- Serve as a backup for campaign execution including lists and promotions.
- Content Creation and Management (30%)
- Assist in content creation for membership marketing efforts
- Actively search out articles, webinars and , other offerings around client for cross-promotion
- Assist in digital asset creation for the above
- Develop and disseminate social media posts for membership recruitment and member engagement for inclusion in wide social media presences
- Manage web page updates and new web page creation for the membership marketing team
- Reporting (25%)
- Aggregate data from all marketing efforts/campaign results (i.e. email campaign performance, digital advertising, lead activity, Google Analytics and membership conversions)
- Develop a cohesive format to report out results on membership marketing efforts that show the contribution to overall membership recruitment, renewal and reinstatement.
- In conjunction with Strategic Marketing Communications Manager, analyze reports and make recommendations for improvement utilizing A/B testing
- Other projects as needed that may involve graphic design, asset creation, report and presentation creation, to support the marketing needs of the membership marketing team. (5%)
Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Marketo or similar CRM system, strong Excel, strong PowerPoint, Tableau or similar reporting and dashboards, Google Analytics, AEM or similar UCM experience.
