How you'll have an impact at Paula's Choice: Logistics serves as a critical function in overseeing the seamless flow of both raw materials and finished goods, ensuring their timely and cost-effective delivery. We are a team of experienced and high-performing individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and enjoyable environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and analytical problem solver who can collaborate cross-functionally to support the continued growth of our organization.
As a Logistics Coordinator, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
- Coordinate with Buyers, Quality Control, Contract Manufacturers, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Work directly with carrier and third-party services to book moves, following approved business rules. Ensure that customer-directed moves follow their routing guides.
- Data entry into multiple locations. Generate and maintain digital files of orders, invoices, packing lists, and other essential shipping and receiving documentation.
- Advise internal and external customers of the delivery status, track shipments, issue ASNs and supporting documents.
- Assist team members as needed to meet deadlines
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
The Details:
- Location: Remote, U.S. based role
- Hours: Typical PDT business hours, some flexibility required
- Physical requirements: Ability to handle both sitting and screen time for long periods of time
- Travel requirements: Less than 5%
What you'll bring to the table:
- 1+ years working in logistics or other relevant experience
- New graduates with relevant majors (international business, supply chain management and business management etc. are welcome to apply)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized, analytical, process oriented, and attentive to detail
- Team player, independent and motivated, with a sense of urgency and customer-centric nature
- Accurate data entry
What can help you really stand out:
- 3+ years working with domestic, international, or parcel logistics
- Experience utilizing data to produce KPIs or data modeling
Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:
$50,000- $60,000 USD/annually

Paula's Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
