While you do not need previous experience in HVAC, being detail oriented, loving lists & processes while maintaining a good positive vibe is a must!
Administrative & Office Job Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming phone calls from customers and vendors
2. Processing online and phone orders
3. Creating reports and invoices
4. Assisting with order tracking
5. All other office-related duties
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Attention to Detail – ability to drill down to necessary details
2. Customer Service – excellent professional customer skills
3. Team Player - ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
4. Communication – ability to clearly communicate with team, vendors and customers
