Role & Responsibilities
Strong ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders and execute the solution proposed.
Ability to quickly integrate with the team to understanding the business needs and analyze them thoroughly.
Work with stakeholders and the team to uncover business needs and project requirements while keeping the communication channels open.
Process mapping to identifying nonvalue add steps to create lean and agile processes.
Documenting the requirements accurately and in such a format that can be shared with all stakeholders..
Partner with key decision makers to get requirements approved, document, and makes sure there is an understanding by all the stakeholders to prevent mistakes.
Solicit input from the team to ensure alignment and best practices area followed.
Responsible for identifying business problem areas and align to those to the pain points.
Strengthen and enhance client field service processes to make them more efficient and effective by identifying process improvement/re-engineering opportunities.
Provide quality and process transformation consulting service by applying lean, six sigma and other relevant quality methodologies to improve productivity, increase revenue, improve quality, and/or realign organizational practices with business strategies
Work in coordination with other departments to incubate new solutions and technology for existing and new businesses.
Provide thought leadership to create a strategic plan for enabling the client to achieve field service optimization.
Communicate updates on project requirements, changes, and testing results to the team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Experience working on digital transformation projects.
Strong Analytical Skills
Experience with BPM tools (MM Visio, Nomagic etc.,)
Experience with OSS/BSS
Good interpersonal skills to build good relationships with stakeholders.
Strong Microsoft Skills
Effective communication skills in person, on conference calls, in meetings, and through emails.
Familiarity with SF, Blue Planet will be an added advantage.
