Position Title:Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Anticipated Start Date: 07/1/2024.Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 12+ Months Contract with Strong Possibility of Extension.
Job Type: [Contract (40 hours weekly)], [Remote]
Pay Range: $30/hr - $33.23/hrPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and updates to contract templates (e.g., statements of work, datasheets, change order requests).
- Design and create written and/or visual product-related information to support the creation of "Service Descriptions"
- Research existing agreements and programs for customer reporting and internal requirements.
- Implement enhancements and automations to contract lifecycle processes (intake, development, approvals, publishing, and communication).
- Advise on methods to improve business processes.
- Support contract activities, providing dashboarding and automation solutions as needed.
- Manage & optimize contract request queue and monitor Slack channel to provide support.
Qualifications:
- First-level university degree or equivalent.
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in contracts, legal-related roles, and/or automation experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in high-tech contracting or operations.
- Expertise in contract writing for cloud services, technology services, professional services, and technical products.
- Exceptional MS Office skills, especially MS Word (revision control, use of styles and multi-level lists, maintaining table of contents, document comparison, etc.).
- Experience with contract management tools, with a preference for Icertis Contract Management system.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Multilingual writing ability is highly preferred.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Power Apps is a significant advantage.
