About this team
Our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team specializes in leveraging the UiPath platform to automate and optimize business processes at the enterprise level. This skilled group, including developers, analysts, and project managers, focuses on deploying solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. As a new capability being established at lululemon, this initiative addresses the growth needs of our global business. We blend our technological skills with a deep understanding of business needs, delivering scalable and sustainable UiPath-based RPA solutions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we stay at the forefront of RPA and AI advancements. Our commitment extends to developing the professional growth of our team in this dynamic field.
A day in the life:
- Drive the vision and engineering for platforms and services in the Robotics Process Automation domain.
- Manage the engineering team, providing technical expertise in the design, build, and launch of new automations supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Build, lead, and scale an exceptionally talented team of engineers and architects.
- Partner with enterprise architecture, PMO, and business teams to implement optimal technology solutions.
- Define processes necessary to achieve and sustain operational excellence, including project delivery and systems reliability.
- Maintain a forward-thinking, empathy-driven mindset, with a focus on people and development.
- Provide operational support for technology and systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to champion Robotics Process Automation and realize its benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in the information technology field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.
- At least 4 years of experience in directly leading and developing people and teams.
- Over 7 years of experience in the Robotics Process Automation domain.
- Hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is required.
- Extensive experience with Robotics Process Automation tools (platforms like UiPath [preferred], Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is essential.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, engineering, and implementing large-scale, highly available systems with loosely coupled design patterns is highly valued.
- Experience with finance and retail business processes is highly valued.
- 3+ years of experience in digital technologies is highly valued.
- Background in agile methodologies is highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism in collaborating at all levels inside and outside of the organization.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $145,700 - $191,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
