HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking experienced Technical Writers/Performance Analysts to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create, assimilate, develop, and effectively communicate technical material for application documentation support activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with developers, testers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
The position is available in Washington, DC, requires a Public Trust Clearance, and U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of technical documents, including design specifications, diagrams, manuals (system and end-users), white papers, flow charts, reports, and/or manuals.
- Transform raw technical details provided by SMEs into well-structured and concise documentation that meets the needs of document consumers.
- Ensure content quality by adhering to standards for technical accuracy, grammar, punctuation, readability, and document formatting.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate the display of graphics and ensure smooth production of documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working with developers, testers, analysts, and other stakeholders in a technical writing or performance analysis role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand and translate technical specifications into comprehensive and user-friendly materials.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools for effective visual representation of technical information.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience will be considered.
