Responsibilities
- Work as part of integrated team to collect, validate, analyze and provide metrics on enterprise IT data, using a customized app within ServiceNow
- Develop, analyze, maintain, and document processes to implement and ensure configuration control of electronic files using M365 (e.g., SharePoint and OneDrive)
- Draft, consolidate input, and update recurring (i.e., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) reports recommending opportunities for improvement as appropriate
- Develop PPT briefs for various presentations, trainings, and meetings
- Support ad hoc, quick-turn client requests related to data collection compilation and analysis
- Contribute to, update, and conduct peer review for all technical documentation and work products (e.g., PPT briefs, analysis charts and diagrams, etc.)
Qualifications
- Seven (7) years of total work experience
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Agile methodology understanding and experience
- Experience working with Jira to create, update and, maintain projects
- Comfortable interacting with clients’ senior-level leadership, integrated team members, and external stakeholders
- Must be highly detail-oriented and able to quickly absorb complex processes and business needs to identify opportunities for efficiency
- Analytical approach to problem-solving, leveraging technology to solve business problems
- Critical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; requires great listening and interpretation skills
- Self-starter with a consultant mindset; identify, communicate, and act on issues and initiatives
Education: BA/BS in a related field; an additional four (4) years of relevant work experience may be substituted for the lack of a Bachelor’s degree
