Technical Support /Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

We are urgently hiring an enthusiastic TechnicalService & Inside Sales Associate. This key role is highly interactive with manufacturing, engineering, sales, and our vast dealer network. We are a growing technology company based in Joplin, MO. You will have the opportunity to work with a small, agile team - with the ability to help steer our efforts for years to come.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide daily Technical Support to our clients (phone and email)
• Represent PowerShades positively and professionally while exceeding customer expectations.
• Accurately record call transcripts using the designated system.
• Diagnose client issues through the process of elimination by asking probing questions.
• Work closely with the engineering, manufacturing, and sales team to deliver a world-class experience.
• Communicate thoughtful and customized solutions that help our clients grow their businesses.
• Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as client needs evolve and case volume changes.

We are seeking candidates with:

• Technological prowess
• Sales Skills
• Great Customer Service skills
• Basic familiarity with electronic concepts
• Basic familiarity with software concepts
• Basic familiarity with networking concepts (Required)
• Proficient computer skills with PCs and related software, such as Office and Excel
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of 40+ wpm
• Experience in Customer Service and are passionate about the client experience.
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities as business needs change

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
