We are looking for an expert customer service professional with technical leadership experience to help provide advanced/ cross functional expertise and Technical Support in maintaining specific products used in the Technical Support infrastructure environment.

What you'll do...
We are looking for an expert customer service professional with technical leadership experience to help provide advanced/ cross functional expertise and Technical Support in maintaining specific products used in the Technical Support infrastructure environment.
- Provides in depth troubleshooting and product knowledge to all technology / end users for their business unit(s).
- Provides customized user support for specific business unit(s) and their specific applications.
- Produces and maintains documentation on procedures, policies, and systems in the ITSM tool.
- Looks for trends and identifies anomalies for escalation to management.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level problem resolution support for customer issues.
- Ensure the correct escalations happen and are on the right path and that ticket documentation is thorough & complete to ensure root causes are identified and resolved.
- Creates new procedures as necessary, communicating the changes and training team members as appropriate.
- Acts as a liaison with other areas of IT to relate issues and facilitate and negotiate effective cross functional resolution.
- Adapts quickly to changes for systems and technologies supported and equips team members to provide effective support.
