Position Overview:
Our team is looking to bring on an intern to give a first-hand look at agency recruiting. We are looking for a technical sourcing intern to work with our Sourcing team. In this role, you will play a part in helping get candidates in the process and find the best candidate for our clients. You will work closely with the Sourcing Team Lead and learn how to collaborate in an entirely remote environment.
As a Technical Sourcing Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. This hands-on internship will provide valuable experience in sourcing and engaging with potential candidates across various channels. You will work closely with our team to identify top talent, assist in the recruitment process, and contribute to the overall success of our hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- You will work with our Sourcing Lead to understand staffing needs and requirements of our clients.
- Use various software and tools including Linkedin Recruiter, Betterleap, Coda, Slack, to source and identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job criteria and qualifications.
- Assist (shadow) initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit, interest, and availability.
- Help with keeping Recruiterflow candidate records up to date and ensure that you are following our best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of job postings to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled or recently finished a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with an applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience or coursework in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition is preferred but not required.
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.

This role is either 1099 or W2.
Salary Range: $15 - $25 an hour or $40,000 - $55,000 per year
