Our Talent Acquisition team at Genius Sports are the entry point to a career at Genius Sports. We are the custodians of the world class candidate experience that we strive to offer all candidates who engage with us.
Working closely with the Senior Tech TA Partner, you are a valued member of both the Global Talent Acquisition Team and the Technology division that you are supporting. As an experienced Technical Sourcer, you are passionate, collaborative and adaptable! Your skills will strengthen our team, enabling us to continue to recruit the best talent for Genius Sports.
Please note that you will be required to go into the New York office 3 times per week

The base salary for this role is $50,000, over the six-month contract. A number of factors influence the specific offer, including seniority, and relevant educational and working experience.

Key Objectives of the Role
- Work closely with the Senior Tech TA Partner, ensuring a first-class experience for candidates and stakeholders alike;
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to seek high-quality Tech candidates for open requirements;
- Proactively get in front of high caliber, passive candidates through research, outreach and networking;
- Contribute to employer branding, salary benchmarking, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively.
Requirements
- Previous Tech recruitment experience in a fast-paced industry essential, inhouse recruitment experience is advantageous;
- Previous experience successfully delivering Tech talent at all levels of seniority, across various technologies;
- A record of managing Talent Sourcing in a results-orientated environment and contributing to the Global Talent team with knowledge and energy;
- The resourcefulness to turn a team's needs into a search and, ultimately, hiring the best candidate for the job;
- A passion for each step of the recruiting process and ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
