This position is a 6 months contractfully Onsite based at Santa Clara, CA Hourly pay rate : $40-$45/hr
Responsibilities-
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Leverage multiple sourcing methods and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiter to understand the technical requirements of open positions and provide insights to improve sourcing efforts
- Suggest and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and high-quality talent
- Screen and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles
- Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and processes
- Stay organized and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
Qualifications-
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience for engineering talent, preferably agency recruiting
- Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization with exposure to hiring from entry-level to senior positions.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
