- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements of each position.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through the use of creative search techniques.
- Perform preliminary candidate evaluation to assess suitability.
- Partner with Recruiters and Coordinators to drive the interview process with pace.
- Measure and communicate sourcing metrics with internal stakeholders
- 6+ yrs sourcing experience with in-house technical recruiting, or agency.
- Experience partnering and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and Hiring Partners.
- Experience influencing stakeholders through data analysis.
- Experience executing both short and long term hiring strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
