This role reports directly to the Chief Information Officer but will indirectly work and collaborate across all departments within the organization. Primary responsibility as technical business analyst focuses on supporting Technical Projects and other workloads, working with technical resources from project inception through completion, and acting as a liaison between technical and operational teams. Primary functions will involve planning, designing, and coordinating technical workloads, translating requirements for technical specifications, recommending, and implementing systems to support project execution, as well as defining best practices processes and procedures necessary to ensure proper management and success.

Essential Job Functions / Duties and Responsibilities
- Defining project objectives, translating requirements into project scopes, as well as identifying roles & responsibilities.
- Defining resource requirements as well as aligning and managing resource availability both internally and externally.
- Preparing project plans including identifying key project milestones, workstreams and activities.
- Working with technical teams to ensure delivery of projects according to plan.
- Tracking and communicating project status to project teams and key stakeholders, including delivery of regular reporting.
- Managing and adjusting for changes, schedule and/or budget. Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Managing relationships and communicating with all stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to specification.
- Collaborate with peers, team members, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Assist with preparation of documentation and specifications for all associated work
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis and problem-solving skills including the ability to understand new information domains
- Self-motivated and directed, ability to prioritize workloads and multi-task. Must be able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users.
Position Qualifications:
- Has 3+ years of experience in a technical analyst role or project management, has experience managing both technical and non-Technical Projects preferred
- Expert Experience with Project Management tools like Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or other PM platforms
- Expert Experience with Excel and other data and analytical tools, technical and software-development project management a plus
- Previous Consumer Finance experience a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other technical discipline, or equivalent technical experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- CAPM or equivalent associate project management certification preferred
