Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client engagement.
- Responsible for onsite and offshore coordination.
- Responsible for partnering with leads (LTTS & Client) to help remove any technical roadblocks & aid in ensuring implementation continuity during the iteration.
- Prepare and Present reports during cadence review meeting.
- Continually report Team velocity, analyze variations, and take corrective actions for the observed variations.
- Understand technical design discussions with Tech Lead, Architect and Business Analysts (BA).
- Provide management and administrative support to project team, including recruiting support and release documentation (Service Requests, Change Requests, etc.).
- Attend program/project-related status meetings.
- Build strong relationship with the client to appropriately engage the client at every stage in the project life cycle and deliver business value.
- Contributing to business growth through impeccable delivery.
- Proactively connect with customer managers in other divisions and help in business growth.
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
- 12 years of experience in Automotive embedded Systems
- Strong customer management skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership to the delivery teams.
- Proven people management skills and managing large teams.
- Ability to conceptualize and present proposals.
- Experience in Automotive domain is mandatory.
- Knowledge in Embedded C, Automotive protocols, ASPICE, AUTOSAR and FUSA is needed.
- Manages business- level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.)
- Reviews and manages financial metrics with business level clients.
- Independently conceptualize and setup account processes for his/ her account to ensure operational excellence.
- Experience in working in an offshore /onshore environment.
- Experience in working in different development life cycle models.
- Good communication and presentation skills, problem solving skills and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Enterprise architecture problems and solutions.
