Position Overview
Stanley's eCommerce business is growing quickly and we are seeking a Technical Program Manager, eCommerce Technologies, to ensure we have the right infrastructure to scale. In this role, you will lead the definition, development, and deployment of features and services that enable the expansion of our eCommerce capabilities globally. To do this, you will go deep in our business and fulfillment systems to find opportunities for improvement, then collaborate with internal and external developers to select, implement, and integrate the right technologies into our enterprise architecture.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical eCommerce platform expert with a focus on order fulfillment processes, inventory management, and financial reconciliation processes.
- Understand platform capabilities, third party plug-ins, and integration points for our ERP, OMS, and Shopify platforms.
- Proactively seek opportunities for enhancement, identifying and implementing updates to improve systems and elevate data quality.
- Develop and manage Technical Program plans, tracking milestones and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prioritize and manage requests from DTC, Logistics, and Finance that deliver business value aligned to Stanley's strategic objectives.
- Oversee complex, cross-functional programs. Provide leadership to team members and report program status and metrics to leaders and key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with leaders across brands and geographies to understand business drivers, KPIs, and constraints.
About You
- Proven track record of Technical Program or project management experience in an e-commerce technology environment.
- Capable of developing and executing long-term project plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Knowledgeable about industry-leading practices in eCommerce order fulfillment and adept at managing associated data.
- Proven ability to exert influence and lead effectively, engaging with individuals at different seniority levels within the organization.
- Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to define and execute projects independently, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak and write about technical issues with technical and non-technical audiences
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of project and program management experience in a customer-facing, supply chain, and software development environment with expertise in integrating internal, external, and 3rd party applications such as ERP, OMS, WMS, etc.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams to define and develop technical eCommerce solutions in support of strategic initiatives.
- Experience with at least one of the following eCommerce platforms: Shopify, Big Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Magento (Shopify preferred).
- Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies such Lean, Waterfall, agile, etc.
- Proficient in the use and customization of Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration tools.
- Direct experience managing vendor partnerships to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and clarify for self and others.
- Ability to make decisions or facilitate decision-making, using sound reasoning and judgment.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills that foster confidence, inspire accountability and results aligned with shared objectives, while also cultivating trust.
Salary Range
$130,000 - $155,000 annually.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.
