Technical Product Manager

The Product Team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and enhancement of our digital products and platforms to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and streamline internal operations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, product management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. In line with Just Salad's mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible, you will support customer-facing programs that promote environmental sustainability, healthy eating, and waste reduction.

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
This position is located in NYC and will be expected to come into the office 4 times per week.

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's business goals and customer needs.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Product Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define and prioritize features for our digital platforms and technical solutions. Assist in maintaining a detailed product roadmap that outlines timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communication: Effectively communicate project status, updates, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience with POS systems, ordering platforms, and restaurant operations is a plus.
