As a Technical Product Manager, you will work within the Product Team and partner with the data and engineering teams to drive Progyny's investment inour data infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to strategic conversations regarding high-level product roadmap for data
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define priorities.
Gain a deep understanding of the business and users of data to drive appropriate prioritization.
Own and prioritize product capabilities and features to align with business priorities.
Product Owner for data scrum team
Create and communicate detailed product requirements to engineering.
Drive technical design discussions, understand technical dependencies and make trade-off decisions.
Keep up with relevant healthcare and data technology trends, andidentify potential opportunities to continuously improve the data infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, 2 or more years in product management.
Passionfor solving real businessproblems with data.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Technical understanding of data technologies (data platforms, ETL, analytics, data science, data management).
Ability todrive optimaldecisions using insights from internal/external sources and articulate the rationale to align stakeholders.
Strong team player with strong personal accountability.
Exceptional team player who embraces ambiguity and takes initiative to deeply understand problems to solve and partners with engineering to iterate on solutions.
Experience as a Product Owner in a scrum team.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $100,000 - $110,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
