- Position reports to the Branch General Manager and/or Supervisor. General duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Clean driving record
- Hold, be capable of obtaining a CDL license.

RCRA (Resource, Conservation and recovery Act) Regulations

- Drum Labeling
- Waste stream sampling
- Understand Analytical reports.
- Lab Packing
Used Oil Regulations / Texas
Recycling and / or Universal waste regulations.
TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) regulations
Class I, II and III waste.
Waste Code System.
DOT Regulations
Placarding
Labeling
Containers, when and what type to use.
Paperwork / manifesting, BOL’s etc. LDR’s
Truck types
Equipment Knowledge
Pumps, hoses,
Sampling equipment, Liquids and solids.
Forklifts, backhoes, excavators
Roll off boxes, frac tanks, portable tanks, berms etc.
PPE requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years Environmental services & Equipment operating experience preferred
- Ability to travel and the flexibility to work long hours.
- Ability to pass physical and drug screen.
- **HAZWOPER and Confined Space certifications - can obtain with us**
- Ability to complete basic job-related paperwork, including time sheets, crew sheets, permits, etc.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including Respiratory Protection.
- Ability to work in or around extreme temperatures.
- Ability to lift or carry heavy objects in excess of 60 lbs.
- Ability to kneel, squat, or bend for a long duration.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks on wet or slippery work surfaces.
- Ability to walk or climb stairs or ladders frequently.
- Ability to reach or work overhead frequently.

Environmental Specialist; OSHA 30-Hour General Industry; OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER; RCRA Hazardous Waste Generator; RCRA in Day-to Day Operations; FEMA Incident Command System ICS-100.C and IS-700.B; Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness; TWIC; American Red Cross Lifeguard and AED
