What You Will Do
- Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production
- Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall program and project objectives
- Travel to project sites for due diligence and meetings with stakeholders
- Produce graphic presentations, rendered plans, 3D rendered imagery, and construction drawings
- Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutions along with the ability to iterate in Autodesk Revit
- Work with multiple retail brands for locations across the US
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture with aspiration to achieve licensure
- 3-5 years of related project experience in retail image design and implementation
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit 3D BIM software. Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop Experience in visualization tools such as Enscape and 3DViz is also recommended.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements
- Ability to travel, at a minimum, anywhere in the United States and Canada
- LEED accreditation a plus
