- Work directly with project managers, project teams and client personnel learning and conducting implementation tasks through the life cycle of the project
- Direct client meetings to ensure the implementation tasks of each phase are executed properly
- Deliver end-user training to maximize use of their system
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of worked time and other client deliverables according to established standards and procedures to ensure proper billing and revenue recognition
- Direct the client service and IT Management process of the project
- Direct problem resolution efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of system software, applications and hardware including third party peripherals that affect the functionality and performance of WellSky solutions
- Determine the methods and procedures for new assignments and complex client issues
- Advise others on complex problems
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-4 years related work experience
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with internal and external project stakeholders
- Excellent troubleshooting, listening and proactive problem-solving skills
- At least one year of RPG experience
- Process improvement experience that resulted in quantifiable results
- At least one year of SQL experience
