Sui Yoga & Cafe is seeking Full Time experienced cafe leaders to join our dynamic team! We are seeking team players who can provide exceptional hospitality to our close knit community in the heart of New York City!

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wellness cafe. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, building a strong team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management

- Train, develop, and motivate a team of passionate baristas and cafe staff

- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation

- Manage customer service and resolve any escalated concerns

- Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic

- Conduct regular financial analysis and manage budgeting, cost control, and reporting

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, with proven success in managing a team and driving results

- Strong understanding of cafe operations, including inventory management, cost control, and point of sale systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers

- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance. Food Handler Certification required

- Latte art skills and deep knowledge of specialty coffee drinks

- Wellness enthusiast and love for yoga is a big plus
