As a Team Lead at LEGOLAND New York Resort, you'll be at the heart of creating magical experiences for our guests. This dynamic role is pivotal in supporting the seamless operation of a zone within the resort that includes multiple departments, that could include Admissions, Guest Services, Park Presentation, Build Experiences, and Retail. You will help lead a diverse team, ensuring that every guest’s journey is filled with joy, wonder, and impeccable customer service.

You will help lead a diverse team, ensuring that every guest’s journey is filled with joy, wonder, and impeccable customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Assist in the deployment of team members to different positions based on operational needs.
- Coordinate breaks and rotations to ensure optimal staffing levels and exceptional guest service.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement efficient task management strategies.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the park.
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
- Participate in Zone Duty Management program and coverage as scheduled.
