Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned one year of student teaching or approved internship or
- Bachelor’s degree to be eligible for the 1-year District permit
Two years of successful classroom experience
ESL certification

Pay: $60,500
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Teacher-SCE is responsible for providing support (campus or student) for the successful implementation of the instructional Theory of Action in accordance with District goals, policies and procedures.All employees of Spring ISD are expected to act with integrity, support organizational goals, communicate in a clear and respectful manner, championing the needs of our students and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Move small stacks of textbooks, media equipment, desks, and other classroom or adaptive equipment.

To maintain teacher stipends (bilingual, math, science, critical shortage, department chair/lead), individuals must work directly with students for 80% of the day.
