ABOUT STROZZI INSTITUTE FOR SOMATICS

The Strozzi Institute for Somatics (SIS) is a cutting-edge organization in the field of embodied leadership and coaching, with a unique and highly effective approach to personal and professional development. Our approach is grounded in the principles of somatics, which emphasizes the integration of mind, body, and spirit in personal and professional transformation. Our programs are designed to facilitate transformational change, rather than just incremental improvement, and to be immediately applicable to real-world situations. Participants are invited to confront their limiting beliefs, develop new skills and habits, and embody new ways of being in the world to achieve great success and fulfillment. Our faculty are experts in the field of embodied leadership and coaching. They bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and wisdom to their teaching, and are deeply committed to their students' success.

Our vision is a life-affirming future for all. We support values-driven leaders and coaches to embody pragmatic wisdom, skillful action, grounded compassion; and to use conflict as a generative force, and to meet the challenges of our time - delivering sustainability, interconnectedness, and social equity.
