What you get to do every single day
- Count services and invoice for form preparation fees
- Provide completed transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies
- Tend to incoming client calls to walk through tax questions and set appointments
- Supply the Tax software application with correct data
- Contact clients to gather vital information/documents
- Maintain other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with high volume data entry
- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
- Lacerte Tax Software experience
- Intuit proseries experience
- Practical knowledge of Expense Reporting
- Adeptness in customer service
- Demonstrated knowledge of Deductible
- Knowledge of Drake Tax Software
- Solid understanding of Accounting Software Systems
- Financial Records experience highly preferred
- Microsoft Excel experience
- General familiarity with documentation
- Spreadsheet and database capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
