Working for this regional firm, you’ll be a part of one of their office in the heart of Chicagoland.

The Real Estate team is experiencing considerable growth, both locally and nationally year on year. With 17 staff in Chicago the role comes with a huge opportunity through to Partner track.

Your background doesn’t need to be 100% within Real Estate, just a good proportion, maybe now you’re looking to explore specializing in this area.

You’ll likely have worked with Private Equity and large developers, alongside heavy experience with SCorps, Partnerships, K1s etc.

They offer a flexible and hybrid work environment, which involves face-to-face interaction at the office but does not require a strict 9-5, three-day schedule.

A "teaming with intention" approach is preferred, and working on-site provides opportunities to collaborate closely with the Partners and Managing Partners, who are known for their open-door policy and willingness to support employee development something you don’t often find in the bigger firms.

You’ll have your CPA, and at least 5 years’ experience in a small, regional, or national firm.

Aside from joining a firm that would be great for your development, you’ll be joining a great bunch of people within a team with very little turnover benefits like unlimited PTO is just one of the reasons.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
