Job Summary:
The Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) Low Code Associate Developer plays a crucial role in the development of proprietary technology solutions that support the tax practice and delivery of services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of low-code/no-code development principles and demonstrate the ability to learn, collaborate and develop solutions in a virtual environment.
Job Duties:
- Collaborates with the low-code/no-code development team to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that address specific needs of the tax practice
- Utilizes data manipulation and transformation tools to automate processes, enhancing data efficiency through optimization
- Creates, enhances, and maintains automation scripts using low-code tools
- Collaborates with team members to execute functional, application, and regression tests
- Assists in the identification of opportunities to automate processes and convert raw data into intelligent insights
- Designs and develops complex data models to integrate data with visualizations and machine learning platforms
- Supports applications and addresses production issues

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems, required
Experience:
- Proficient in applying low-code/no-code development principles, required
- Experience developing ETL-based solutions with a focus on creating integrated data models, required
- Experience identifying opportunities for process automation and transforming raw data into actionable insights for the end-users, required
- Hands-on experience in ETL process and proficient in utilizing a range of data manipulation and transformation tools. Understanding of Agile solution development and management skills, required
- Familiarity with SQL Server and database concepts, preferred
- Experience gathering product requirements, preferred
- Experience with process design and/or improvement, preferred
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships, preferred
- Experience providing solution support post Go-Live/Production, preferred
License/Certifications:
- Alteryx Core Certification, preferred
- RPA, or other analytics software certification (UiPath -ADA), preferred
- Power Platform Microsoft Certification (PL-100, PL-200, PL-300), preferred
Software:
- Experience with Alteryx, required
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), preferred
