Tasting Room Host

What You’ll Do:

Tasting Room:
Provide our guests with an optimum tasting experience while communicating to them about the wines and brand messaging of our emotional evocative wines.
Pour wines that are chosen to be poured for the guest.
Proficient with Tock Reservation system and WineDirect to properly track the guest reservation and purchase.
Communicate to guest about the different Wine Club options we have available.
Communicate any guest issues to the Tasting Room Manager and/or Assistant Operations Lead.
Prepare and serve espresso.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace that conforms to the aesthetics of White Rose Estate.
Clean and prep tasting space to White Rose Estate standards.
Ensure the cleanliness of the guest restroom.

Administration / Wine Club:
Regularly communicate to Wine Club members to update credit cards, addresses and membership details.
Assist with stocking and restocking all Tasting Room supplies, including wine.
Assist with printing, packaging and preparing for Wine Club shipments and additional shipments throughout the year.
Prepare and participate in winery and wine club events.

White Rose Estate Brand and Aesthetics:
You will follow the vision of Mr. Sanders on the White Rose Estate uniform aesthetic.
