Job Description:
Right On Detail is seeking a dedicated and skilled Detailing Manager to join our team. The Detailing Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our detailing business. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Manage incoming appointment requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Coordinate scheduling to optimize workflow and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments, address inquiries, and provide relevant information about our services.
- Customer Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about our detailing services, pricing, and packages.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers, ensuring their satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Detailing Services Expertise:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the detailing services offered by Right On Detail.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of each service, tailoring recommendations to their specific needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the detailing team to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Actively promote additional services or upgrades to customers during scheduling and at the time of service.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
- Team Coordination:
- Work closely with the detailing team to assign tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and customer relationship management systems.
- Knowledge of Auto Detailing techniques, products, and equipment preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
