**Overview:**
The Tasting Room Lead - Marketing (TRLM) is responsible for promoting the organization and driving sales through strategic marketing efforts. Essential job functions include tasting room duties, executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, maintaining company databases and the company's online presence, and IT maintenance. Additionally, the TRLM will play a key role in enhancing the brand's visibility and engagement in the market.
**Hours:**
5 days per week, 6-8 hours per day or equivalent, with flexibility for weekends as needed, events as needed, and cellar functions as needed. Increased hours may be required in the weeks surrounding wine club pick-ups and shipments.

**Tasting Room:**
- All Tasting Room duties including but not limited to:
- General Operations of Tasting Room
- Conduct Library tastings.
- Assist with club duties as needed.
- Daily database updates.
- Monitoring company email and responding as necessary
- Taking reservations
- Answering and responding to both the landline and the company cell phone
- Conducting tours
- Carrying wine to cars for customers
**Marketing:**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Coordinate promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Set marketing goals in collaboration with management.
- Design marketing materials
- Supplying photos, tasting notes and other winery specific information to publicists, press and outside events as necessary
-Submitting wines to publications as directed
-Maintaining various online calendars
-Phone sales as directed
**Online Presence and Social Media Responsibilities:**
- Implement company best practices for social media engagement.
- Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media channels, fostering positive interactions.
- Build and engage with the follower audience to enhance brand loyalty.
- Interact with organizations followed by the company on social media.
- Understand and closely align with the company's unique voice and perspective across all social media communications.
- Work closely with management to represent Remy Wines.
- Translate social media campaigns into measurable outcomes, contributing to revenue goals.
**Industry Representation:**
- Represent the brand in the industry and marketplace.
- Attend occasional offsite tastings or events to promote brand visibility.
**Other Duties:**
- Participate in events.
- Assist with event execution as needed.
-Assist with IT-related company demands.
- Collaborate with the Tasting Room Lead - Shipping (TRLS) for efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with TRLS for opportunities of increased hours during wine club pick-ups and shipments.
- Take at least one VinoShipper class per week and submit notes to the manager.
**Job Qualifications for Tasting Room Lead - Marketing (TRLM):**
**Education and Experience:**
- Completion of WSET Level 1 or other wine-focused educational track preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on the wine industry preferred.
- Strong graphic design skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical expertise for IT maintenance.
- Prior experience in general operations of a tasting room.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and maintaining databases.
- Experience in phone sales.
- Experience in managing social media channels, including posting schedules and engagement strategies.
