Cedarhurst, a regional senior living provider and true friend of older adults, seeks a service-minded, career-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Management System Administrator.
As a Talent Management System Administrator, you will strategically collaborate with Cedarhurst Operations, leveraging your creativity to ideate and implement innovative recruitment best practices and tactics. Your role will be pivotal in fostering the continued growth of Cedarhurst through the optimization of Talent Management Systems and the development of cutting-edge approaches to attract and retain top-tier talent.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Talent Management System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and systems administration, with a focus on Talent Management software. The candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Talent Management System to ensure seamless and efficient talent acquisition, development, and retention processes.
As a Talent Management System Administrator, you will:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance.
- Provide support and training to users on the Talent Management System, including Community Business Office staff and other relevant stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of the Talent Management System.
- Analyze current Talent Management processes and identify areas for improvement to meet the unique demands of the senior living environment.
- Work with HR stakeholders to optimize workflows within the system.
- Implement best practices for talent acquisition, development, and retention in the senior living context.
- Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into Talent Management metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Manage integrations with other HR systems and platforms.
- Stay informed about system upgrades and new features, implementing them as needed.
- Ensure that the Talent Management System complies with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
To become a Talent Management System Administrator, you will need –
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, Talent Management, and compliance requirements in senior living.
- Experience recruiting for roles in senior living or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and communicate in a clear, accurate, efficient, and professional manner in written and verbal communications, as well as possess strong presentation skills.
- Adept at coordinating with and utilizing social media, online forums/job boards and local media outlets for recruitment efforts.
- Proficient in all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment, as well as data protection and privacy regulations.
- Knowledgeable in healthcare industry hiring regulations and requirements, at a corporate level as well at the community/facility level (IL, AL and Memory Care).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as applicant-tracking software, experience with ClearCompany ATS preferred.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
