We are a unique non-profit organization dedicated to providing professional, effective special and general education to at-risk students committed to County Houses of Correction, Department of Mental Health, Department of Public Health, and Department of Youth Services programs. We serve our students in over sixty small programs throughout Massachusetts.

We are especially interested in candidates who have experience with recruitment and retention of educators and have a thorough understanding of the unique challenges of recruiting special educators in institutional settings.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
