ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who embodies our culture and core values. As an ASC Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an integral role in the growth of our organization. You will work directly with internal hiring managers to help facilitate our aggressive growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a full cycle recruiting environment and looks forward to sourcing on high priority positions.

How Will You Help?
- Full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring needs within a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop creative recruiting and hiring strategies.
- Source candidates for strategic/prioritized positions.
- Utilize an ATS resume database, reporting/tracking and auditing of ATS records.
- Foster strong relationships with all levels of management to identify and meet staffing needs and to create a successful interviewing and hiring process.
What Will You Have?
- Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with solid knowledge and experience identifying quality candidates.
- Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including Internet recruiting, direct sourcing, and networking to source high quality candidates.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a sense of urgency, as well as within a team.
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Track record identifying/recruiting candidates in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven written skills.
