Recruiting Coordinator

Remote Position

 The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent for our national retail/wholesale warehouse stores.

 

 

 

HOURLY RATE: $22.00

Recruiting Coordinator Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in develop recruitment goals and objectives
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and organizational need
  • Search resume databases for ideal candidates
  • Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers
  • Devise and implement improved recruiting strategies
  • Coordinate national Zoom Hiring Events.
  • Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position.
  • Interview and schedule candidates for retail and warehouse operations
  • Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
  • Prepare progress reports on a monthly basis

Qualifications include:

  • College Degree preferred.
  • 8 years of experience working in a professional corporate setting; in either Talent Acquisition, human resources, Sales/marketing , Customer Service or related experience
  • Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures a+
  • Experience with a high volume of interview scheduling or similar coordinating exp..
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems a+.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PP, Visio)
  • Must be highly organized and have a go getter personality.
