Client Service Coordinator

Bokeh Creatives Luxury fine art studio is looking for a full time Client Service Coordinator who is focused primarily on serving clients through product education and an exceptional experience.

We are looking for an upbeat, charismatic, self-motivated individual with strong problem solving and active listening skills.

Working directly for our Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from start to finish. Coordinators offer support and instruction to our clients making this one of the most important roles at our company.

Responsibilities:

* Build excitement with clients prior to their portrait commission through education and support to ensure success and a VIP experience

* Calendar management - handle cancellations and reschedules while ensuring a full calendar for our client experience team.

* Use our industry specific software to email and text client communications in a timely manner to provide a high level of client support

* Speak confidently and professionally while working through escalated issues or troubleshooting problems

* Complete special tasks for our limited edition studio projects

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 2 years sales or phone sales required

* Successful experience working from home with an existing home office setup and serviced with high speed internet

* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations

* Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills

* Decisiveness and attention to detail

* Computer skills, Mac experience preferred

* Proficient in Excel, Word, Office 365, google apps

* Polite, professional phone voice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
