Celestar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Managerto work in Tampa, FL.

Position Responsibilities
- Manages recruiting team including workloads, performance, PM relationships, and partnership with internal talent pipeline leaders.
- Partners with BD and PMs in workshare commitments and collaborating with teaming partners on staffing plans.
- Identifies, acquires, and manages search tools to meet recruiting needs.
• Engages with Operations and BD Departments to develop specific targeted plans for sourcing and recruitment.
• Responsible for internal and external recruiting-related compliance requirements including but not limited to interview training for staff, current and accurate candidate data and interview notes in Taleo.
- Partner with PMs and team leads to create and revise job descriptions and understand salary range and position requirements.
- Support annual and quarterly reporting on applicants and hiring.
- Understand organizational values and strategies to inform search strategy.
• Mentors and creates career development plans for all Talent Acquisition staff members.
- Attend career fairs as necessary.
Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in government contracting (desired but not required).
- Experience with technical recruiting and TS cleared positions preferred.
