Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing recruiting team. In this key role, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment across multiple business units, from sourcing to hiring top talent.

Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for specialized and leadership roles across the organization

- Utilize strategic sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines and identify qualified active and passive candidates

- Conduct effective interviews and evaluations to assess candidate fit

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and represent the company professionally

- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and exceptional talent

- Leverage multiple channels including social media, job boards, employee referrals, recruitment events etc.

- Provide consultation to hiring teams on competitive offer packages, negotiation tactics and industry best practices

- Track metrics and create reports on recruitment activities, pipelines, hiring velocities etc.

- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through hire and onboarding

Requirements:

- Business development experience

- Bachelor's degree preferred, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 2+ years of proven experience in corporate external recruitment or agency recruitment

- Expertise in sourcing, recruitment marketing, applicant tracking systems, interview techniques

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across various job functions

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities

- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
