We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Business Partner (full lifecycle recruiter) to help identify, source, and hire the best talent to join our rapidly growing, award-winning companies: Stream Companies and Malone Media Group, integrated advertising agencies, and fullthrottle.ai, a software as a service (SAAS) company that sells to ad agencies & media brands.

Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition
- Identify, source, recruit, and interview active and passive candidates for several department groups at our 3 companies.
- Learn and embody our 3 company's stories, culture, and core values to attract, evaluate, and present qualified, growth-minded candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate selection process through offer acceptance.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates to act as a trusted partner throughout the selection process.
Talent Sourcing and Market Research
- Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Educate and coach company hiring managers on TA best practices, process improvements, retention strategies, and current trends.
- Consistently evaluate recruiting practices and processes and enhance when needed.
- Support and create Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting strategies.
Talent Acquisition Coordination and Support
- Interview current rockstar team members to understand the essential skills for open roles and present qualified candidates to the hiring team.
- Facilitate day-of interview activities to take a team approach to the TA process.
- Provide quarterly TA analytics on turnover and retention to Sr. Leadership.
Additional Projects
- Assist in executing additional projects on the Employee Experience team (internal and external) as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1 to 4 years recruiting or client relationship building experience
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience working with Paycor or similar ATS
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Solid time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven client management skills
- Advertising agency experience is a huge plus!
