Salary $45-50k/DOE
Responsibilities:
-Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, write job descriptions, and find awesome talent
-Build the hiring strategy and manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition through onboarding
-Seek out candidates who are looking for jobs. This will include networking, generating referrals, hunting in online channels, going to career fairs, and other creative solutions
-Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
-Assist in handling HR-related documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures
-Support in coordinating and developing training and development programs
-Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing HR files as necessary
-Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Prior experience or internship in HR or administrative roles is a plus
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
