We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience recruiting for manufacturing positions in Owensboro, KY. This role will report to the This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition for the US. Your ‘day to day’: • Partner with the various business leaders and stakeholders across our multiple factories throughout the US to understand the business requirements and translate them into a successful Talent Acquisition strategy across a variety of Operations and Manufacturing Production positions. • Manage the defined recruitment process for assigned open Hourly and Salaried positions in a timely and cost-effective way across multiple locations in the US. • Identify, attract, engage, and introduce the best and most diverse talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. • Holistically utilize all recruitment resources at your disposal to identify top talent in the marketplace including but not limited to: Applicants, direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and local job fairs/community events. • Partner with Early Careers team to identify talent pipelines for internships and early-careers roles within our factories nationwide • Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain data accuracy, and generate relevant reports for analysis. • Lead offer negotiation and preparation with candidates. • Onboarding – Partner with hiring managers and new hires to provide onboarding guidance to ensure optimal employee experience. • Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing – Assist in the development and utilization of PMI’s recruitment marketing and branding initiatives to attract top talent. • Participate in and own TA specific projects on an ad-hoc basis for the enhancement of US Talent Acquisition success. • Lead assigned RPO resources and potentially lead a team to support Manufacturing recruitment delivery in the US. • Other duties as assigned.
