As a trainer on our team, you'll conduct training in-person, remote, or virtual instruction for our external partnersYou'll expand your technical expertise and industry knowledge while collaborating to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including Adobe Express, Apple Keynote, and Articulate 300.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience working with Software Defined Radios (SDRs), Wireless Communications Products (WCPs), and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies
• 3+ years of experience as a Training Instructor of DoD military and civilian support personnel
• Experience with using audio and visual (A/V) applications, including Adobe Express, Apple Keynote, or Articulate 300 to transform training materials into a format suitable for web-based training while ensuring compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
• Experience with evaluating student performance, maintaining accurate student records, identifying remedial procedures to retake training, completing all required administrative activities, soliciting feedback from course attendees, and reporting recommendations for course improvement
• Experience with waveform application software and associated waveform technologies, including definition, design, development, testing, deployment, and acquisition regarding the DoD
• Ability to build and deliver course content from foundational information through advanced concepts
• Ability to identify and implement improvements to existing training materials
• Ability to conduct research and coordinate with Tactical Communications subject matter experts to ensure course content is relevant and consistent with the latest theory and practice
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working within a joint military environment
• Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to collaborate with DoD training representatives concerning training policies and academic requirements
• Ability to provide support for briefs, program plans, presentations, documentation, and diagrams related to the program, operations, and management initiatives
  Ability to respond to data calls and requests
• Graduate of military or civilian training instructor program

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,900.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
