This position can be worked remote within the U.S.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Design, implement and maintain directory services for enterprise solutions in a 24x7x365 high-availability environment including 24x7 on-call rotation.
  • Assists in developing and implementing security policies based on best practices and the unique needs of the enterprise.
  • Foster strong partnerships within Jack Henry to implement security best practices.
  • Spearhead automation initiatives for internal and cloud-based data centers.
  • Manage and refine processes and tools for operational environments, including creating custom reports and security policies.
  • Drive high-level projects that bolster our security posture and support innovative security solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams, contributing to strategy and execution of complex data challenges.
  • Assist in advanced troubleshooting of internally reported issues.
  • May perform other job duties assigned.

What you will need to have:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience with Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure (ADDS, DNS, Group Policy) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proficiency in MFA, SSO, Kerberos, PAM, Active Directory and Azure tools, as well as working with REST API.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript, bash, and experience with Terraform.
  • Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.

What would be nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with NIST, PCI-DSS, and other industry frameworks.
  • Certifications (CISSP, AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Splunk and/or Chronicle and strong documentation skills.
